My card is not accepting charges, what do I do?

Normally this is because your bank is not allowing us to charge your card. You will have to talk to them to get this lifted so that we can release your Flex Finance funds to you. Just tell them that they are not permitting charges to 'PORTIFY' but you would like them to.

Some cards do not allow recurring payments taken from them, if this is the case you won't be able to use that card and account to apply.
