How do I disconnect my bank?
To disconnect your bank from Portify, do this:
- Click on the Profile tab
- Go to Bank Connections
- Click the "x" next to the account you want to disconnect
Portify will disconnect from your account and delete all data associated with it. Please be aware that all features in the app will stop working if you do this. If you have an open Flex Finance with us, you will not be able to disconnect your account, until you have completed all repayments.
