Is Portify safe?
The privacy and security of your personal data is at the heart of what we do.
Portify is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (ref 826665) under the Payment Services Regulations 2017. This means we have been approved to access and display your banking information. You can find us on the FCA register, here.
We use the same end-to-end 256-bit TLS encryption method used by all major banks. We also never store any of your sensitive details on our servers.
Read Only Access
We only ever have read access to your bank transaction data. This means we cannot access or move your money.
Routine penetration testing
We use external security vendors to routinely penetration test our systems. This makes sure your data is safe even if we really were to get hacked.
IASME Cyber Essentials Certified
We have been certified by IASME for our security standards. IASME is a leader in assessing the data security of organisations. You can read more about them here.
