Please contact us if you would like to delete your account.
Some important things to be aware of:
- You can close your account by emailing email@example.com. If you have an outstanding credit boost subscription (under either our £4/month Portify or £7/month Portify Plus memberships) this will constitute as an early termination. For more details on this go here.
- If you have an outstanding Flex Finance balance you will need to repay this before we can close your account. You can do this through your Portify app or by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
After verifying your identity, we will delete your Portify account and it will no longer be accessible. All your personal data associated with this account will also be deleted.
Account deletions usually take place within 24 hours and we will let you know as soon as this is complete.
